Also known as the Lighthouse of Gianicolo, the lighthouse by renowned architect, Manfredo Manfredi, sits atop the Janiculum hill. Built entirely of white stone from Bitticino, it towers 20 metres above ground, and is located where many battles to defend the Roman Republic took place. The spherical top of the lighthouse inspires the name of our Manfredi knobs.
