Base modules for Echelon Wine Storage system. Satin anodised aluminium. Each module slides and snaps together to form the bottom of one bottle cavity and the top of next. In this way, stacks can be built up.
Multiple stacks can then nest side by side to create a continuous storage rack. Echelon is very space efficient, with a capacity of over 90 bottles per square metre. Stacks can be built into joinery, for example under kitchen benches or into pantries, or attached directly to the wall. Each S shaped module is supplied with a centre hole, through which a stainless steel centre tube (order separately) is inserted to tie the stacks together. S shaped modules are available in 12 and 24 module kits - see separate section. Wall brackets (order separately) hook around this centre tube and screw to the wall or cabinet rear to secure the stack. Ensure your stacks are placed on a horizontal surface that is strong enough to support the weight of the unit when fully laden with bottles. Modules can be offset from the wall by using vertical batons behind each stack. This enables bottles to sit deeper in the rack and can also allow for the installation of artificial light behind the units for a great visual effect
