FIT LIMITED RETURNS PROCEDURE
Fit Limited Returns Procedure
Our FIT 100% guarantee: if you’re not completely happy with your FIT product, please return the unmarked item in its original packaging within 30 days for a 100% credit or replacement. Unless genuinely faulty, clearance items are non-returnable.
Please check off all goods immediately upon delivery and if there is any damage or differences between goods received and the packing slip, please notify FIT within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
PLEASE FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE FOR ALL RETURNS:
Step 1:
Call us on 09 431 0025 or email info@fit-nz.co.nz with your packing slip number or order number handy. Alternatively, you can also contact us via the live chat on our website; just click on the blue box below in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
Explain to one of our friendly team what the situation is, letting us know if we need to send you replacements or substitutes.
Step 2:
Once we have all the relevant information (we may request pictures to be emailed to us) we’ll organize a Returns Authorisation form to be sent to you via email, and a courier booking will be completed for you.
This will send you a separate email from the courier with a link to click and confirm the booking and download your courier tickets. Step 3:
Please ensure that the ‘Returns Authorisation’ form is printed and placed in with the goods to come back. Returning this form with the goods correctly facilitates a much faster processing of your credit.
Notes:
We will on-charge freight if the problem is not of Fit's making: this incurs a standard charge of $15.00 + GST per ticket.
This procedure of providing and on-charging tickets is something we have introduced in response to requests from our customers as they find it easier and cheaper than organizing their own freight.
Returns older than 90 days from date of invoice will not be accepted. Returns that require repackaging and any returns older than 30 days will incur a 15% handling fee.
Any returns for TANOVA branded items will incur the 15% repack fee regardless of age, as these are all repacked before restocking.
Our $15.00 handling charge for small orders under $150 is non-refundable. Please be aware of this when returning items from a small order.
