The Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana is an historic building in the Southern part of Rome. Also known as the Square Colosseum, this iconic building is a magnificent example of rationalist architecture, with symmetrical rows of arches and gleaming white marble. It lay unoccupied for many years before being purchased and renovated by that doyenne of Italian fashion, the House of Fendi. Art exhibitions are sometimes staged on the ground floor of this building, which is, in itself, a work of great architectural merit. Hence naming our stylish Civilta handle after it.
